I was hoping someone could answer this too.
I have replaced my monochrome screen on my C5 X7 with an android based head unit and have connected up a bluetooth OBD2 device and just ran the free car scanner to see if it would work - I am getting a limited number of real-time sensor values but am interested to see if a paid for app will give me a full range of sensors.
I have a laptop with diagbox for any in depth fault finding but using a 'dashboard' on the head unit would be neat. I just don't know which is the best app for the Citroen and also whether an app can clear Citroen fault codes or not.

It is possible to use it for information about FAP but it is a very complicated setup. You have to enter the setup and the "Manage extra PID sensors" section.
It is much easier to install the FAP Application . https://faplite.en.aptoide.com/app
For that you need a quality ELM327 for example like this one :
Vgate iCar Pro ELM327 WIFI OBD2 Scanner Bluetooth-Compatible 4.0 For Android
