5008 Auto Ref: 2011 Engine Codes Help Please

Fuel type DIESEL.
Hello, I have problems with my car. When the car is driven and the throttle is pushed for more speed the car comes up with "Engine Fault" STOP. Then is seems to go into some kind of limp mode not wanting to change up gears from being third. However, I can override this with the paddle on the steering wheel. The ASR/ESP light remains on and also on the switch down the on the side where you can normally activate or deactivate yourself.



I've taken it to the garage for a service and for them to view the codes on the system. the codes displayed are C1391 Engine Management ECU Fault, absence of clearing ASR/MSR Ref Value C1555. Electric Parking Brake Activation/Deactivation.



Do any of you recognise these codes? Any advice greatly appreciated.
