Puegoet boxer engine management code p1304

Hi all I've got a peugoet boxer 2010 2.2 which has the engine management light on with the code p1304 after attempts by 2 garages and the AA to put the light out it comes straight back on I was told it's because there is too much fuel going in and the pressure is high on the fuel rail also that they can't comunicate with the engine management on the ecu to rectify this so could be water damage in the ecu which has corrupted that part of the ecu anyone got any ideas where I would go from here I've tried getting it mapped but they can't do the injector learn or the fuel pump learn so really don't know what to do next any help would be good
