Code for New blade cutting

Hi all, I want to get a new blade cut for my peugeot partner online. I have the 2 barcodes with codes below, that came with the owners manual.
Would anyone be able to explain which digits to use to order a cut key and which to programme key to van.
I hope @wheeler will see this post, pretty sure he will know exactly.
New here, so not sure if I should add a picture of the barcodes and numbers

I've removed your sticker with the codes on - not a good idea to post those on a public forum.

You can take the sticker with this code to a dealer and they will be able to order a new blade. Some key cutters can also cut them from the code.

The dealer is ripping me off, wanted to order one online with the code, but I don't understand the numbers on the barcode sticker
