Dispatch Horn randomly blowing

Hi guys, hoping someone can help. Dispatch van the horn started going off while parked up. Now it stopped after about a minute then proceed to beep every few minutes. The horn dose not work when I press the steering wheel for the horn. I've had to take the horn fuse out to stop it. Any ideas would be much appreciated, thanks guys
