I've owned my DS3 brand new from showroom since Sept/Oct 2018, never had problem and all of a sudden a few months ago.....I get a spanner on my dash and a message on my screen saying "Engine Fault, Repair Needed"
It has been driven well nigh on every day locally and 2-3 times a month on motorway run.
Cannot understand why this has happend. My dealership where I purchased it Stellantis&You, cannot understand either and are just as confused as car is running perfectly and in pristine condition.
DS3 68 plate bought brand new Sept 2018 (done less then 10,000 miles. I pristine condition & loved.

If the light is on then there should be a code. Low miles and shiny bodywork is no barrier to something breaking!
