2013 DS5 Fob Problem

Hi all
Ok a couple days ago got back to the car and my key fob would not open the car, my other half had her fob which worked,so at home I have put a new battery in my fob it still will not open or lock the car and will not start the car unless I put the fob into the dash,has anybody got a solution to this .

try reinitialising it, but if that is not working, then if it's been dropped, it could of damaged things internally.
