208 erratic ignition timing and low power.

Hi we've got a 208 1.0l 3cyl petrol that's extremely flat on acceleration. Plugs and coils are new, the map sensor is also new. We've got some like readings and the ignition advance can go -10 to +10 degrees instantly. Any pointers would be appreciated.

Really needs a diagnostic, then put up the codes here with the VIN.

What are you using to read for error codes?
As I get older I think a lot about the hereafter - I go into a room and then wonder what I'm here after.
