My 2008 Unlocks On The Fob But Wont Lock?

Hi, I have a 2008 Citroen C1 Rhythm which will easily unlock the car using the key fob however it won't lock pushing the fob? I push the button and you can see it trying to move the door knobs slightly and the indicators flash on the dashboard but it won't lock? Locks fine on the key manually. I've read about actuators but which one could it be as all the door knobs look to flinch when I push the lock button. Help please!

Strange one, any stiffness when locking with key or the interior button?
Does it centrally lock when using the key in the door or the interior button?
Has it ever worked since you had the car?
Is this factory fitted central locking? Many C1's Didn't come with remote central locking (or even central locking at all) so was not unusual to see aftermarket kits fitted.
Does your fob look like this below?

Hi thanks for responding.
No stiffness when locking or unlocking, free as a bird.
It centrally locks using the key in the door.
It did work on the key remote but has just stopped locking the car.
It the original factory key which identical to the one in your photo.
It unlocks the car on the fob but doesn't lock it?
