Citroen berlingo etg6 semi auto gearbox actuator problem

Hi everyone.i have a Citroen berlingo multispace 1.6bluehdi on a 2015 plate and recently it has started to give me problems with the etg6 semi automatic gearbox,possibly the the actuator might be the problem.when driving it seems to be hesitant in changing gears from 1 and 2 and then back to 1 intermittently also can hear a clicking noise as well.if I then turn off the engine it resets itself and will drive ok and then out of the blue it may start to give the same problem again.
Anyone had similar problems with the semi automatic gearbox and if so what could possibly be wrong with mine.

Any one perhaps give some insight to this problem and manage to rectify this at the garage and what costs associated with the repairs?

It needs a proper diagnostic with Diagbox to be honest. These can have multiple issues and guessing is going to be expensive and won't necessarily fix the issue.
