C4GP DAB radio issues

Hi all,
Clutching at straws here and hoping someone can help as I feel clueless!

I recently purchased a 2016 Citroen C4 Grand Picasso to replace my 2014 version of the same car that my partner so lovingly wrote off reversing it into a pole.

However this car doesn’t seem to have working DAB and the FM will only tune into a couple of stations (don’t know if this is relevant)

I have attempted to download and install firmware updates with no success so who knows if that’s the issue.

The little satellite picture and RDS are greyed out when selecting DAB. I thought I was doomed as no one in my area seems to deal with anything like this.. last resort is sending it to a Citroen electrics specialist that will charge £140 just to start looking at it and can’t do that until 24th September.

However, randomly, last night for all of 30 seconds, the satellite went blue and picked up Radio 1 extra! So it does have some life in it I’m guessing?!

I am really missing the DAB stations, especially as one of the only FM stations it will pick up is radio Suffolk

Same here - desperate to sort. Did you get anywhere?

We had the sunroof replaced and I suspect someone disconnected something but no proof . . . .

As you had the sunroof worked on I would suggest it is possible that your aerial connections to the multi aerial have been disturbed, you should take it back to the sunroof engineers and tell them the radio hasn't worked since they did the job and they should check it out for you
