My front air vents on my C5 Aircross Hybrid are super cold even with AC at 22. I mention the hybrid because I notice in electric mode it is icey cold.
I found a setting to turn AC down to "Soft" but I can't find a way to close them?
I checked in the book (No 4) and it says they are "closeable"
Any ideas?
Close front air vents on my C5 Aircross?

Only the 'Central' vents are closable - i.e. those on the dashboard facing the passengers, so the large one in the middle and the 2 either end of the dash. Just slide the wheel on the ends of these to close or open.

My vents are not at all like that and have no closing wheels. Only the side vents have adjustable flow. Seems crazy that the main vents have no flow adjustment and ironically Uber cold

It's C5 Hybrid 2023 1600 petrol/electric C Series. Book for this particular year shows main vents are "closable" as per photo

Ok, so I've got it...
You have a later model C5 Aircross that must have the 10" Colour HD Touchscreen. Because of the extra size of these things, they didn't have room to fit the standard centre fascia vents like the one in my picture, because they're designed to fit the standard touchscreens and behind the dash there is a lot of 'gubbins' for these to work, as you can see:
So you get the simple one without the gearing to close them up:

Book also says rear vent are "closeable" but that aren't adjustable for flow, only direction. We have a dog who likes the rear vents but I'm struggling to turn down the main vents with settings without turning off all other vents. Totally weird choice

Sounds like I'll just have to shove some cardboard over the main vents

With these rear ones, if you adjust them all the way up or down (or all the way to one side like the one on the right in your picture), don't they actually close up completely? It looks to me like they do, so try that ont he fronts.

I actually posted my Solution so not sure what happened to it? But when looking at the rear vents I noticed if you slide the shutter alllll the way to the side it closes altogether, and then noticed the same with the main vents. Yeayyyy
