Steel sprung rear suspension shock absorber torque settings

Hello, this is my first query on the forum

Can anyone helpe find the correct torque settings for a steel sprung 1.6HDi Estate citroen C5? For the end of the shock absorber and the two mounting bolts would be very appreciated. (Parts 2 and 3 in the attached photo)
