Jerking while accelerating

Hello,

I am having 1.6 BlueHDi 88 kWs with EDC17C60 and Aisin AT6III with BVA_AM6_AT6_UDS, experiencing jerks randomly soon after start driving the car, when gas pedal is pressed to accelerate car wont speed up and jerkin starts to be more intensive. I have a feeling that if I press it fully something will break at engine area.
After some time it gets back to normal.
I doubt on MAP/MAF sensor, gearbox, turbo pressure solenoid valve... what do you think?
