D5 hybrid4 challenge

Thank you for having me in this forum
So I accept a challenge of rebuilding a DS5 hybrid4
I was tricked into buying one now after almost a year the thing only ran like for 1 month...
I was supposed to use for a uber car but now I stuck with a car with random error and refusing to start....
No car dealer here in Dakar is willing to just have a look and Street mechanical just through some random error that might be the cause
After paying change all they have said the car still not starting
-bsi changed
-bgpa box changed
-12v battery changed
-hybrid battery changed
-ECU Delphi DCM3.5 opened and screwed but still working
-alternator changed
-belt changed

Now my challenge is to just repair this car by myself and goes to all these bunch....of .... to go learn something new
Our mechanics think they know everything...
Me myself I am it engineer and working now with a mobile device company but from time to time I will go learn something new ....

Please help fix this car

Do you have a diagnostic system to read fault codes and live data from the ECUs?

You should be aware that Hybrid vehicles have very specific technology - apart from the traction battery, the drivetrain and cooling and electrical systems, many of which require specialist training on to be able to diagnose and repair.

So you may not find much in the way of help for these specific vehicles on this Forum, however, to provide any sort of help we would need the diagnostic error codes and the VIN, as long as there aren't too many...
