Citroen Relay 2014 (or 2020?) BCM Shear Screws

Trying to help my diagnostic mate who always helps me out!

He has a Fiat Ducato campervan at the moment and it needs a new remote key making. So he has a £4k Advanced Diagnostics Smart Pro machine and it will not read the pre-code. AD said that they only cover partial BCM so not all vehicles are necessarily covered.

Owner has it on a private plate and he was told that the vehicle is December 2020 from the VIN number. However, he's plugged his ThinkTool in today and it says the vehicle is 2014? Weird, right.

The BCM is Marelli BCM250K.11 and it is attached using shear screws. Is there a way to remove them easily because we might try to open it up and read the code directly if it has the right solder pads on the PCB?

I have a picture of the BCM but not clear whether I should post it. I'd doubt it has any identifying marks that would be a tell-tale for the 5 digit code he needs.

It would be nice if I could help him in some small way for a change.

Guy needs his camper back this week ideally.
