ZX cambelt replacement

I need to replace the cambelt of my ZX. What do I have to do to get access to it? As I can see, the space is very limited. Also, what precautions do I have to take?

I take it, its a petrol not diesel??

I don't know if the correct term in english is cambelt or timing belt.
