Engine fault Risk of filter clogging p filter add evel low

Hi got these messages soon after refilling 2012 partner 1.6 d 72,000 miles drives fine, I've blasted down road and sat stationary at high revs 10 minutes still there to it's ex mobility so has smaller tank as I've read about some elos pouch that needs replacing? But not sure I'll have one as different tank.
Any suggestions would some additive in the tank clean the system?

It's most likely a refillable tank, but post the VIN and we can check. It won't really clog up unless you ignore the message for months.

Yes refillable reservoir, under the off side rear - there are plenty of vids on you tube as to how to refill; but you need a diag tool to reset the computer.
