Citroen C2 VTS 1.6 electrical problems

Could anyone help me locate a short circuit in a citroen C2, pretty much the whole leftover side of the car is malfunctioning. The front lights,one sides brights work,the other sides dims dont work when brights are activated but both dims work together when its only them toggled on,have replaced the bulbs too,nothing changed. Early morning drives,left side blinkers dont work/flash very fast. Night drives with lights on, left side of "vent/fan" dial's lights dont light up. Mirrors cant adjust anymore,12v port stopped working.
