Warm water leaking in footwell

Recently my C3 2019 RHD has started leaking what appears to be clear fluid from the centre console.

I have attached photos, this leaking happens regardless of whether the AC is on or off

Oh dear that looks bad maybe have a look and try and find where it comes from. Does it appear when its raining?

"Warm" as in heated by the cars heater.....or warm as in got warm running over the screen on a sunny day after a light shower ?

If the water is clear, it's possible that the water evacuation pipe from the evaporator is blocked. This usually has a plastic tube that flows out and sits loosely under the engine where the water can drain away. If the tube has become kinked or blocked off this can cause it to overflow and leak out into the cabin from the centre console area.

If the fluid was war, hot or slightly coloured or smelly, then that would likely be the heater matrix - but I doubt that if the water is clear - as said it's more likely to be the blocked drainage pipe.
