C3 Picasso - No Electricals/Power whatsoever

Hi there,

My dad just today was at work and when he went back to his Citroen C3 Picasso 2012 1.6 Diesel realised that he had no electricals. There is absolutely nothing, nothing lights up on the dash, the locking mechanism doesn't work on the car, completely no electricity/power whatsoever. Wondering if anyone has experienced this or knows if this is a common fault, I've only seen 1 case where this has happened and they said it's the same issue with other electrical issues failing, when water from the washer pump gets into the fuse box and corrodes the fuse I believe. Thanks for reading.

edit; just to clarify too the car won't start either, like completely 0 power whatsoever, thanks!

Check if the battery is still connected, then any fuses on it.

Yep, first check is battery voltage & the battery connectors are clean & tight.
If both ok id be looking for a broken main earth cable
