I'm getting Citroen C5 Aircross Hybrid tomorrow and can't find home charging specifications
I've been looking at a charging cable for home which raised other questions
1/ What's the recommended charge rate KW or amps?
2/ Any recommendations for a cable?

Re: C5 Aircross Hybrid charging
All this information is in the owner's handbook, under the recharging sections, which lists the amperage and types of chargers permitted.
If you don't have one, follow the instructions in this post to get one free from Citroen:

Re: C5 Aircross Hybrid charging
I run a C5X Hybrid, and use the onboard charge scheduling with a granny lead plugged into a 13amp wall socket which takes about 4 hours to charge its 11.1Kwh (usable) battery for £0.90p!
When out and about, i use the supplied "Type 2" lead.

Thanks for that. What's a granny lead? Do Amazon sell those?

Re: C5 Aircross Hybrid charging
Most electric vehicles (EVs) are supplied with a portable domestic charger designed to charge the vehicle when access to a charging point is not possible. Rather confusingly it is commonly referred to as a 'granny charger', as it is a lead to use when visiting relatives such as your granny!

TheC5 Aircross has the same 7.4 w onboard charger as the C5X, however the battery is slightly bigger at 14.2 Kwh, so charging will take a little longer, about 2 hours.

This is the one I bought. I thought a Severn Metre cable would not be too bulking to roll up but long enough if ever visiting a relative.
