DS 7 Glow Plugs Summertime

Unread post by Valentin »

Hello, i have recently bought a ds7 crosback 2.0 diesel,2020.

My turbine had to be changed because it broken down. I also change the battery.
After the change i have the follwing problems

Sometimes the spark Glow plugs light is on and only when it is off a can start the engine. It is summer time and outside are 34 celsius degrees.

The start and stop system it s blinking green but does stop the car.

Also i had a p20ee 19 fault with addblue, ckeck engine and service key. I cleaned the addblue injector and reset the fault but i don t know if it will reapear.

Any suggestions? What to check?
Thank you

Start and stop in most ds7 are not working (same as Peugeot).. just blinking, green means that system is working, but there is no proper condition to launch it. With a glow plugs I can't tell you what to check, but if they are on, you have to wait till goes away. According to old book of Diesel engine users wait till all lamps goes off and the start the engine. Adblue is a bit of the problem. In my ds7 got code saying that actuator stuck shut (MIL light on), then Dpf is starting to regenerate and everything goes back to normal - no Mil light. There is a lot of issues mainly with faulty adblue pump. Just check if you have a proper pressure on the urea injector
