Citroen C4 picasso blue hdi 2016 headlight not working (UK)

Hoping somebody can point me in the right direction. Neither the RH side dipped or Main beam are working, not the bulb as I have tried 3 new ones.
My thinking is either the fuse or possibly relay but why and what if not either of those?

I think they are on separate fuses in the underbonnet fuse box, so would be odd if both failed. Need some checks on whether you have power and earth at the light fitting.

I had replied to this, but something went a bit wrong and it got posted in your other thread:

Check Fuse F23 & F28 in the Engine Fuse Box.

Yes these are separate fuses for the separate headlamps. The above is for the Right Hand Lamp main and dipped (assuming Halogens)

In hindsight I think it is probably the bulb, Main beam one does works fine, so should be OK when new spares arrive tomorrow. All I can say is it didn't last very long probably quite old stock had it for ages.
