Just replaced the radiator after a leak and refilled it with approximately 5 litres of coolant. I have managed to get heat out from the heater but the radiator is still cold and the temperature gauge goes Max.
Is there a bleed screw somewhere or some method of clearing the airlock?
TIA
John

Exact same procedure as for this engine that I've written up (but you'll need to renew your membership for access to this section John):
C5 X7 DW10BTED4 Draining / Refilling Coolant

Thanks you for your membership upgrade renewal John. Just focus on the de-gassing part for non Euro 6 vehicles in the guide.
