Coolant refill - Air Lock

Just replaced the radiator after a leak and refilled it with approximately 5 litres of coolant. I have managed to get heat out from the heater but the radiator is still cold and the temperature gauge goes Max.

Is there a bleed screw somewhere or some method of clearing the airlock?
