Hi,
I mentioned in my introduction post that I'm a person who like to keep things in good condition, and if I buy something second I have the urge to restore them, if needed, as close to the factory door status if possible. My second second hand car is this van. Campervan. The first one was from 1975, buy it in 1992, have it restored and I kept it till '98. In between I only had cars brand new from the dealers and mantain them as good as possible. Forgive my long introduction but is good to know the context when I ask this question.
Apart from legal issues not so harsh here in my side of Europe, is it worth it to restore the AdBlue system of the Citroen Jumper or shoud I leave it deleted?
The hardware is apparently all in place, the ECU is reading parameters and is reporting this status: Urea gauge - pump module stopped empty. Here are the two information pages from DiagBox (live status):
I have no Adblue errors reported. The last owner said that this is how the van was bought before conversion, I guess this much is true. He never filled the reservoir in three years and over 50k miles.
And if I decide to do the reversing of AdBlue deletion, what are the risks?

We can't go into discussions here about deletion of any emissions or safety systems on this Forum (accepting it was done before your ownership) as it is illegal to remove such systems here and in Europe for public-road using vehicles, so to answer your question, we can only advise that the system should be operational.
Unfortunately there are unscrupulous individuals who do this and pass it on to an unsuspecting new owner who ends up with all the bills to restore the system. Here, it would invalidate your car insurance as the vehicle in its current state would no longer meet the standards and certification for which is was legislatively approved.
I suspect the engine ECU will need restoring to its original programming state and that the components are operational of course (Urea injector, heated supply pipes, NOx sensor (s) and tank assembly / pump etc.)
Without first restoring functionality, this will be difficult to assess operation of the components and whether the pump has been damaged through non-operation or dry running or whether residual UREA crystallisation / corrosion of the system and tank has now occurred.

Thanks for the details Marc, you can rest assured that what I write here is what it is in reality. And with my introduction you have already an idea of what I'm going to do. DPF is going to be changed first, then AdBlue restoration. I guess it's true, the only risk is to find more parts to replace
Do I need to go to a dealer for restoring, or is something that DiagBox can do with a little more knowledge - if I manage to get from open market the original flash image?

Impossible for me to advise on this as I have no idea what has already been done.
If it requires an engine ECU download to override the engine map, then it will require internet access to PSA servers with a PSA account / log-in and paid token access to do. The same applies to this year of vehicle if it requires any ECU configuration as they are internet only access via PSA servers. These are sensitive operations too, so unless you know your way around and know what you are doing, it may be better to see if your local dealer can re-download the original engine ECU configuration for you and see if this restores the functionality.
Because the engine ECU has many configurable parameters, there may configuration settings that are not immediately obvious that need changing, hence my suggestion. Further, because of this operation, the dealer can also check that the pairing to the BSI and the keys are also working correctly (as these are matched sets), as I can't say whether an engine ECU download will overwrite any pairing.
