2011 Berlingo Multispace Horn issues

Hello, I’m having a right issue with my horn, it doesn’t work at all, with the ignition off or on, keys in or out.

I have replaced the horn fuse which wasn’t the issue
The horn relay clicks when I push the horn with the engine on or off.
I’ve removed the horn and cleaned contacts profusely to no avail.
Tested the wire which connects to the horn which is receiving 12.5v when my partner presses the horn, yet the horn does nothing.
Took the horn off, tested it for continuity which it has, wired it to a spare battery and it makes noise.
Tried putting a wire from the steering column to an earth point and nothing.
I am stumped. Has anybody had the same issue or know what’s what?

I’ve managed to sort it out, the stubborn side me in knew the horn and everything else was working, I cleaned the pins about 5 more times over, using wire brushes, screwdrivers and all sorts to scratch the pins back up to shine as simply “cleaning” wasn’t good enough. The problem was the connector pins.
