Android Auto & Apple Carplay for 2011 Citroen C3 Picasso

Has anyone here managed to replace their RD45 CD-radio with an android auto or Apple carplay system with reversing camera?
I would like to know if this is very difficult. Physically the dimensions should work for a selection of options I've seen on Amazon but the wiring looks challenging. Thank you.
