What kind of roof rack fits the Citroen C2?

What are these attachment points for? There are no such attachment points in the rear. Have not been able to find any info on this. Not even the owner's manual.

That's what I thought as well, just wanted to confirm what those bolts are actually for. By roof fixings, what exactly do they do?
