Hello!
I bought an electronic handbrake unit from eBay but it did not work as it should. I think it´s need a software update maybe. with the engine on it will work fine. But if I activate the handbrake when the engine is of the handbrake will not release. If I wait a good time then it will come off. It will even come up some fault message on the display relatet to the handbrake.
Is there anyvone hade this problem and found some solution for it? I have Lexia/Diagbox but I can´t find an way to fix the problem.

What vehicle is this? Are you sure you were sold the correct handbrake unit?
