2017 Peugeot 1.6 Bluehdi Antifreeze Type

I don't suppose anyone knows the correct antifreeze type for a 2017 Peugeot 3008 1.6 Bluehdi?

I would like to top up the expansion tank, which is showing just over half and hasn't dropped in the year I have owned the car. The current fluid, which I assume to be factory fill, is very clean as is the tank but I'm stumped by the colour, which is towards a yellow/orange hue, rather than a blue or pink.

Forget the colours they are irrelevant. It is the type and content and dilution that are they key things.

PSA use Freecor DSC Fluid, ready to use on all their vehicles except 'collaboration' vehicles like Fiat or Toyota.

You will probably find the anti freeze from the dealer will be a blue colour so if you top up your expansion tank the colour will change. Our 2019 308 had its 4 year anti freeze change by the dealer and what they put in is blue, same when they replaced the timing belt kit on our 2016 Cactus. When I have bought Citroen own brand anti freeze from them over the years it has been blue but the colour is irrelevant since they can make it any colour they want.

If you do top up your tank, do not go above the max indicated level when cold.

Whenever I have bought antifreeze from the dealer it has been green, Citroen 'Antigel'.

Freecor DSC Fluid is the latest incarnation of the coolant they use now Steve at all dealerships.

Constant change with the antifreeze specs. I haven't bought any in about fifteen years now.
