That looks like a job for a professional workshop with all the necessary frame jig equipment, probably not a viable job if it has to be certified once finished but the Finland rules may be a bit less strict than here in the UK

Not a chance doing that with DIY skills, in your own garage with DIY tools etc.

You might get lucky if the strut tower has not moved. The suspension components are all replaceable. The sill is repairable (with skill needed).
I would only take that on if it is cheap enough to scrap if it gets too difficult.

The insurance company will have scrapped it since it costs more to repair than it is worth so the same will apply to you. If it was ever repaired it would need to be declared as a write off/repair so if you want to sell it later that may not be easy so it may not be worth as much as one that has not been written off.
If you are still thinking of buying it, try a bodyshop first to see how much they might charge for a repair.
