Under bumper dust cover.

My father bought a 2005 Citroen C4 1.6 VTR 1587cc.Hes convinced that this car should have bumper cover and rust protection, where some of my friends claim there is none.Can you help me, please?

Can't really see anything from those pictures - you're too close in so we can't get a view of the overall front. I can't see anything missing from these shots.

There is a Haynes manual for the 2004 to 2010 C4 that is worth getting. In this it shows a plastic cover at the top of the grill through which the bonnet release lever pokes. In your photos I can see all the way to the floor, there should be an engine undertray unless you have removed it.

I notice on your photos in white C4 NW painted on, I guess this suggests parts from a scrap yard have been put on.
