The NHS has built a new hospital so the current hospital is on the market, it was largely build and funded by local business and 'Friends of'
The new hospital was supposed to cost £11 million but I wouldn't mind betting you can multiply that by four and it has less beds than the two hospitals it's replacing.

I note they don't name a price. Why not buy a nice affordable Australian pub instead? Given what we are paying for houses now, this seems an absolute bargain!
