Place to get past recall notices.

Unread post by Sloppysod »

Is the a website that lists all recalls, not just current and critical recalls, but past recalls critical or not as well?
I'm looking for information on recall code Citroën JTK (2022/2023).

Can't help as these are internal PSA specific codes and are after-sales campaigns, not recalls. As a result they won't be on the Recalls website, plus, as noted, once they have been completed, they're removed from the visible database.

If it's for your vehicle I'll need your VIN to check, if not there, it's either been done or more importantly, it's not relevant to your specific vehicle. This is common where the campaigns only affect some models / some build date ranges or only specific engines or equipment.

Cheers Marc, it was for my car and was carried out before I got the car, hence the request regarding past events.
I'm a bit of an anorak, and I am putting together it's history, since registration build.
Never mind, I will see what the dealer will tell me.

They should have it on record within their internal database and will be able to advise on what it was. It may be a software update.
