Popping Out of Reverse Gear

Just want to post a question about my 207 jumping out of reverse after a clutch change perfect before for at least two years never a problem before

I suspect it has not been fitted properly - probably needs re-checking and making sure it's been properly fitted and adjusted. Some people don't bother using proper alignment / fitting tools and this can happen.

It would also be worth checking that the gear change linkage has been refitted correctly and is allowing full engagement of reverse gear. Maybe something got bent while removing or refitting the gear linkage?
