A few more details of the car are needed including what engine fitted.

Do you have access to a diagnostic code reader?

U1213 is really a generic communication fault with the CAN network and can relate to many different ECUs, so is not really any help without knowing the context in which it appears and under which specific ECU.

Well obviously as near to Antigua as possible as you are going to face quite expensive shipping costs for parts. It all depends what you want. Sensors may be provided by other suppliers so may be cheaper to source more locally, but the part number is essential and a branded quality part, as cheap sensors often fail or don't work properly. Oil pressure switches and a knock sensor should be easy to source as they are common, as long as you use the correct part number.
