2009 C5 X7 tourer 2.0L 138 FAP engine mounts

Can anyone give me any pointers as to changing the engine mounts? Any special tools needed, do I need a press, how many are there and part numbers?
A big ask I know but I'm pretty sure at least one needs changing so might as well do them all.

So after a bit of research I am going to replace these - Autodoc has the pattern parts quite cheap.
Anti-torque 1806J9
Engine mount 184492

There is one on the other side that looks rather more complex - https://www.auto-doc.fr/nty/22188851 for the automatic
I need to do some more investigation as to how complex that is to replace as I think it needs the whole BSI/ECU assembly removing from the car.
