c4 picasso 17 reg 1.6 HDI emission fault message with adblue light on

Hello there

I was driving earlier today, all of a sudden the famous orange rectangle saying emission fault popped up with adblue sign, I thought it was something to do with adblue getting low, usually I get a message telling me that so many miles left etc.

I am really puzzled, I run Diagbox and found some weird faults, except the one about the keyless door handle which doesn't open, they are all U1 codes with the title fault code is unknown !?

My VIN is VF7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]
Mileage at the moment 46950

That's only page 1 of 4... Not sure how you got there, when you go in click on diagnostics (I think?) let it do a global scan then see what's in the engine ECU.

I have attached the journal not the global screen and only showed the journal of the codes when it happened at about 18:17, attached are 2 pictures of the errors I found in BSI, 16 in total unfortunately diagbox was in french

2 faults showing in the engine ECU, those are the ones you need. Those BSI faults seem to come as std, ours was showing a raft of those last time I scanned it.

Which ones? Is it P20E8?

That's the one, low ad blue pressure... probably means it needs a new tank, but if the pump is running without pressure registering, then it might be possible to repair the pressure sensor. See

If I understood correctly the issue won't be resolved unless new tank is fitted which will cost arm and leg!

Any outstanding recalls for this issue at all?
