Citroen dispatch door lock not working

Hi all. Just got this van and drivers door lock is not activating at all. I have removed the lock and tested it in the passenger door and it operates as it should. I have 12 volts to the 4th pin in the lock connector plug. Any ideas where to look for the problem ? I'm guessing possible broken wire but maybe there's s known problem that is common knowledge ? Any advice what to look for and where ?

First place i would be looking would be the wiring harness where it goes from the body to the door, this is the most likely place for a break as it constantly flexes when the door opens & closes.
