Hi,
My Citroen Dispatch (Jumpy) 2007 1.6 90HP Diesel has started to make a "whisteling" sound when the turbo kicks in, in addition there is some black smoke under heavy load.
The car runs fine but there might be a bit less "boost" than normal.
Any suggestions would be appriciated.
