Hi All
UPDATE: I have discovered the problem.... I am an Idiot!!!! Basically after the Global Test I left it on Built-in systems Interface rather than switching it to Engine Management ECU... so it is all back to happy again.

As always, any advice, ideas or suggestions are absolutely welcomed even if this includes checking if I am an idiot!

Was a bit concerned to read in your post "We had the Secondary UREA bag replaced...."

Adblue is stored in a tank, there are no bags. Unless you are are referring to the Particle Filter Additive - which is not Urea, but an Eolys solution for DPF regeneration. Just wanted to be sure you are talking about the same thing for the benefit of others reading this and to avoid confusion between the 2 separate systems that do different jobs (SCR & DPF).
