How to change rd4 to rneg radio?

This unit is the RD4 or RD45 system, made by Continental.
Usually standard equipment unless another system is specified as an option. There are Single & Dual Tuner versions. RD45 features over the RD4: The RD45 has USB connectivity & integrated Bluetooth module supporting Phone & Audio Streaming.

Hi,
I'm sure it was asked many times, but i have to ask one more time. Is someone able to provide me with straightforward instruction / guidance to how to change rd4 to rneg in my 2009 c5?

Not so easy with this as you're going from basic RD4 to a full telematics unit, so won't have the correct aerials for the GPS for one thing, not the correct BSI configuration as it stands. Plus you'll need the new fascia and screen...

I know, that i need to buy new plastic panel, new screen, new radio and cabels. And i also read that the gps antena is needed too.
I know about the Lexia thng - disable old radio enable rneg telematics, and change vin, i have a mechanic who has lexia and would lend it to me.
But all i need to know is, do i need to do something to the original harnes that comes to the radio from speakers? or is it p&p?
