Vehicles with a DPF vary on location and system. Later vehicles have these built into the the same housing that has the catalytic converter, so these may be in the engine bay, vertically or elsewhere further down the exhaust system. Your factory Specification sheet specifies this vehicle does not have one, so you are just looking at the catalytic converter housing I suspect or one of the exhaust boxes.
