Dear All,
Would you please tell me what is the best OBD2 scanner that i can use for my C4 B7 2014 vehicle?
I have some errors that pops up from time to time and I don’t know why?
Parking sensors error, Airbags, Anti-rolling back !!

We mostly use Diagbox software with the VCI for PSA vehicles.

Can this scanner be used via the iPhone with bluetooth or should I use a laptop computer?

You'll have to research this yourself as the main Diagbox software requires a laptop, the hardware cables and interface and a lot of patience to install. Alternatives are available like a Bluetooth OBD interface, but may not provide the same level of functionality.
