Headrest guides removal

Headrest guides removal

Hi all,
3008 GT 2019 does anyone know how to remove front plastic headrest guides/ mounts?

The guides are inserted and locked into the seat back, so will likely mean invasive procedures to get into that before you can release the guide plugs.
