Problem with c5aircross 2024

good evening. After a month of using a citroen c 5 aircross car, bought new from a dealer, there was a problem with the paint coating on the roof of the car.The dealer refuses to make a warranty or change the car, I am in Latvia. Maybe someone knows the contacts of the factory in France?

All I can tell you is that vehicles with a build date up to 15953 (13th July 2020) with the Black Perla paint could of suffered with a flaking paint issue on the roof. The solution was repainting of the roof. You haven't provided your VIN so I can't check your vehicle to see if it was affected.
