Xantia Fuel Pump locking ring tool

Anyone know where I can get / hire a tool that will fit the locking ring which secures the fuel pump to the tank?

If its the big plastic ring that i'm thinking of, then i have gently 'tapped' it round with a blunt fat chisel. There is a proper tool but availabilty is always the issue! A main dealer may be able to supply.

I managed to open up a Pug 205 tank by using an adjustable spanner, opened sufficiently for the two jaws to fit behind the lugs.

managed to tap it off gently with a piece of wood and lump hammer. No probs and thanks for the help.
