peeugeot 205 1.8TD bad idle
Recently bought a 205 1.8 turbo diesel, it runs great once ur actually moving however when idling it will slowly rev up and down getting to the point where the dash starts to shake and even stall, im not sure whats causing this as when its cold it idles perfectly. i was wondering if this could be a fuel issue as when i squeese the hand prime the revs increase. Any ideas?

Yes, definitely fuel. First check has to be the fuel filter if you have no history of it being changed...
Then look for tiny air leaks between the primer bulb, the filter and the pump. Also check and replace the leak-off pipes daisy-chained between the injectors, not forgetting the stop end on the last injector.
Perished fuel pipes will rarely show leakage as they are under suction but air ingress will wreak havoc.

Also wiggle the accelerator lever on the top of the pump to see if you can 'adjust' the revs. The top cover ovals and allows air in and / or diesel out. What are the revs when warm, should be around 850 rpm. They may be too low and the anti-stall is taking over.
