C5 X7 Tourer boot window edge weather seal

Noticed slight water ingress recently and have just seen that the rubber weather sealing strip is torn between glass and bodywork.
Has anyone ever replaced this? Is it a window out job?

All I can tell you is they do a kit for the seals here (1 left and 1 right). They are an 'L' shape, but I can't advise on their refitting, but I suspect the inner tailgate trim may beed to come off to place it.

I also have the same problem but I can't find replacements online. Is the kit available only at the dealer?
